Support during the installation of a SQL Server instance (remote, together with the customer)

Migration support and post-migration validation

MSSQL Installation Package

A production-ready SQL Server environment – installed, configured and validated after the migration.

What's included

Planning and preparation of installation and configuration
Installation and configuration following Microsoft best practices
Encrypted communication (TLS) including certificate setup
Support during the database migration, incl. coordination with the application partner
Validation of the environment after the migration

What's not included

Operating system, Active Directory and network (customer prerequisites)
License procurement (guidance on choosing the right license included)
Clustering and high availability (quoted separately)

Audit of configuration, performance and backup strategy – with a clear, written result.

Analysis of server and database configuration
Performance analysis: indexes, queries, wait statistics
Review of backup strategy and restore capability
