What's included

  • Support for questions about the patching platform

What's not included

  • Incidents caused outside the platform (e.g. hardware or network failures)

A dedicated platform instance for your company – for any number of systems.

What's included

  • Dedicated, single-tenant platform instance – no shared operation
  • Automated, scheduled patching for Windows and Linux, incl. reboots
  • Continuous monitoring and inventory of your systems
  • Any number of systems, limited only technically

What's not included

  • Individual extensions (quoted separately)

Nextcloud

Your own cloud for files, calendars and collaboration – provided, operated and kept up to date by us.

What's included

  • Your own Nextcloud instance on a dedicated VM, hosted in Germany
  • Any number of users – the only technical limit is the server sizing you order
  • Operation, updates and management by us
  • Individual adaptations and extensions – e.g. Zeitwerk, our Nextcloud-certified fork of Worktime
  • On request, a demo system as a proof of concept – you receive it after a free intro call

What's not included

  • Custom development beyond the defined scope (quoted separately)

Open Source Starter Package

A turnkey open-source solution – including your own VM, hosting in Germany and ongoing operation by us.

What's included

  • Your own VM with a dedicated IP address and 2.5 Gbit/s connection, hosted in Germany
  • Setup of an open-source solution, e.g. Nextcloud, Paperless, BookStack or Nginx Proxy Manager (incl. certificates)
  • Individual adaptations and extensions of the software – e.g. Zeitwerk, our Nextcloud-certified fork of Worktime
  • Ongoing operation and management by us – for any number of users, limited only technically
  • Documentation and a short introduction for your team

What's not included

  • Custom development beyond the defined scope (quoted separately)

All prices excl. VAT. For customers in Germany, prices apply in EUR. Delivery and start windows run from order confirmation.
